Clarity One is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of personal data collected through this website. This policy describes the data processed, its purposes, retention periods, and the rights available to you, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" Act.

3. Data collected

The following data is collected through the quote form:

  • Identity: first name, last name
  • Contact details: business email, phone number
  • Company information: business name, industry, headcount, revenue, number of debtors, average outstanding balance, DSO, market (France / international)
  • Commercial context: stated challenges, project timeline, free comments

No sensitive data (within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR) is collected.

4. Purposes of processing

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Provide a personalised pricing estimate
  • Contact you back to clarify your needs and confirm the proposal
  • Manage the commercial follow-up of your request

No data is used for third-party prospecting, automated profiling, or resale.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on:

  • Your express consent, given through the voluntary submission of the form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR)
  • The performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR)

6. Retention period

Data collected is retained for:

  • 3 years from last contact, if the request does not lead to a commercial relationship
  • For the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then 5 years for evidentiary purposes, if a contract is signed

At the end of these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Data recipients

Your data is accessible only to Jean-Charles Mellot, manager of Clarity One. No data is sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Data passes through the following technical sub-processors:

  • Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form submission processing) — data hosted in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework
  • Microsoft Outlook / Office 365 (email reception and meeting booking) — data hosted in the European Union

8. Transfers outside the European Union

Form submission processing involves a transfer to the United States (Netlify). This transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and Netlify's adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to GDPR.

9. Cookies

This website uses no advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site and protection against automated form submissions (anti-spam) may be set by our host Netlify.

No prior consent is required for these functional cookies, in line with CNIL recommendations.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

  • Right of access: confirmation that your data is being processed and a copy of it
  • Right to rectification: correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restriction of processing

Clarity One implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure: HTTPS connection, secure hosting with Netlify, restricted access to data, regular backups.

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or technical developments. The last update date is shown at the top of the document. We invite you to review it regularly.
